Shipping & Returns

The packages are generally shipped in 48 hours after reception of your payment. The standard shipping method is the Colissimo delivered without signature (in the letterbox), or, delivery in relay point with the carrier « Ici Relais ». In case of non-receipt of package while the carrier indicates that this last one is delivered, the client will have to prove the non-receipt of the package.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will give you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track online the delivery of your package. When your package is available in the relay point, you will be informed by sms or by email. To pick up your package at the relay point, you will have to present an identity card at the name of the person indicated of the delivery adress.


The shipping charges include packaging, handling and postal costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to collect your purchases in an unique order. If we cannot group two different orders, you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risks, a special care is brought to the package containing fragile products.

The packages are oversized and protected.



CHOOSING CARRIERS:


Chronopost: home delivery

- For the metropolitan France : 29,95 Euros, delivery in 24 hours (the next day before 1 pm). No delivery on saturday, on sunday, public holidays.


- For the others countries, please refer to the indicated price to the page « choice of the carrier » when you order.

Colissimo home delivery (colissimo access, delivery in letterbox without signature, the follow-up is the proof)

- For the metropolitan France : 6,97 euros (6,27 euros from 69 euros of order), delivery in 2 or 3 days (indicative deadline). No delivery on sunday or holidays.


- For the others countries, please refer to the indicated price to the page « choice of the carrier » when you order.
 

« Ici Relais » : only relay point

- For the metropolitan France : 6,97 euros (delivery free from 69 euros of order), delivery in 48 hours (indicative deadline) for the provision at the relay point (you choose the relay point that you want on the page choice of the carrier.

- Carrier in relay point only for the metropolitan France.

The return of your package:

The consumer has a deadline of 7 working days to return, at his expenses, the products not suiting him. This deadline runs as from the day of the delivery of the order of the consumer. If this deadline expires on saturday, on sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next day working day.

All return will have to be signed to the consumer service of the society IC-POUSS :

- by phone at the (+33)4.90.30.01.35 from monday to saturday at 10 am till 7 pm,

- connect you on our website in the section « follow your order » or, after to have entered your number of consumer, you will be able to obtain your number of order.

The product will have to be returned in registred Colissimo to

The products will not have to be unsealed, so that the consumer can benefit of the right of withdrawal. Only will be resumed the products returned as their whole, in their complete and intact packing, and in perfect state of resale. All product which will have been damaged, or the original packing will have been damaged, will not be repaid or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is without penalty, at the exception of the fees of return. In the hypothesis of the exercie of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to ask either the refund of the paid sums, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the forwarding will be at the expense of the consumer.

In case of exercice of the right of withdrawal, the IC-POUSS company will make all the efforts to refund the consumer within of 15 days. However, in view of the technical nature of the solds products, this delay will be able to be extended at 30 days, in particular when the product need a technical verification (cf products that must be tested beforehand).

The consumer will be refund by wire transfer on his bank account (securised transaction) in case of payement by bank card, or by check in the other cases.

No sale item will be either resumed or exchanged.
